Why did my credit card payment fail?
A failed credit card payment can have many reasons. Often, information about MasterCard® SecureCode™ or Verified by Visa is missing. Some credit institutions now require these codes as a mandatory entry for security reasons. Please contact your bank if you have a problem with these codes.

Are tickets also sent by mail?
At some events in Germany, we now also offer the option of sending tickets by mail. An additional shipping cost/service fee is charged per ticket for this option. The processing/delivery time for mail tickets is between 5 and 7 business days. Shipping abroad and express shipping are unfortunately not possible. For open-air dates, there is no mail ticket option.
