Accessibility Statement
Scope: This statement applies to the website https://outdoor-ticket.net.
Statement date: 18/06/2025

Legal framework
Moving Adventures Medien GmbH strives to make its website compliant with the applicable accessibility laws, in particular:
- The German Barrier-Free Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG)
- EU Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act – EAA)
Conformance status
Our website is currently partially conformant with the accessibility requirements. Some content or features are not fully compliant with the legal specifications.
Non-accessible content
- Contrast and alternative rendering
Some color contrasts on our site do not fully meet WCAG 2.1 – success criterion 1.4.3 “Contrast (Minimum)”. However, users who have enabled the High‑Contrast Mode in their OS (e.g. Windows or macOS) are automatically provided with an enhanced contrast presentation, which improves readability and accessibility.
- Alternative text for images
Some meaningful images on the website do not have descriptive alt texts. We are working to add them gradually. Purely decorative images carry an empty alt attribute (`alt=""`), so they are skipped by screen readers and do not cause distraction.
Evaluation method
The accessibility check was conducted via a self-assessment using the tool Silktide.
We evaluated aspects such as contrast, structure, alt texts and keyboard navigability. Identified issues were analysed and, where feasible, remedied.
Further measures
To ensure long-term accessibility, we plan to review our website’s accessibility at least once a year and make adjustments as needed.
Moreover, when introducing new features, content or designs, we ensure accessibility from the outset. Our goal is to embed accessibility systematically into our development processes and to remove existing barriers step by step.

Enforcement procedure
Under § 16 BFSG, we offer a feedback channel where you can report barrier issues (see “Feedback & contact” above).
Furthermore, under the German Barrier‑Free Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), you have the following enforcement options:
- You can apply to the responsible market surveillance authority (e.g. the Bavarian State Office for Digitisation, Broadband and Surveying) to request barrier removal – they will review the case and may require us to make improvements or even impose fines.
- If measures are denied or not implemented, you have the right to take legal action – for example, by filing a lawsuit with the administrative court.
